Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of food, care and cleaning of food service equipment, setting up trays and dining room tables.
• Ensure the delivery of meals and customer service for a positive dining experience.
• Follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, states, and local guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a dietary department is required, preferably in a healthcare setting.
