Given the nature of the work, experience with airport projects is essential, particularly with established relationships in the industry. A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience is required.
Key Technical Skills: Procore, Blue Beam, MS Project, PM Webb
Experience in Interior projects across various sectors is highly desirable.
Typical projects include: Airport Renovations, Banking Facilities, Retail Spaces, and Ground-Up Construction.
The company currently employs around 30 individuals and has a strong presence in the construction market, achieving significant revenue through established client relationships and repeat business.
The team is dedicated to exceeding client expectations and fostering a culture of commitment and investment in their work.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary starts at $100,000, with additional performance bonuses available.
