Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and building systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct thorough inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to complete complex repairs and installations.
- Assist with the acquisition and inventory of supplies and materials.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety guidelines and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the facilities team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience working in a maintenance or facilities role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and use a ladder.
This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
