About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Associate to join our team at Boot Barn. As an Inventory Control Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining overall store inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a service-oriented culture to build long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Process all incoming/outbound inventory with precision and accuracy.
  • Verify merchandise deliveries for compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
  • Apply EAS tags to merchandise according to Loss Prevention guidelines.
  • Input freight information accurately and efficiently through appropriate systems.
  • Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets, or mark downs in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity by achieving UPH targets.
  • Ensure a clean and organized stock room that meets company standards.
  • Adhere to local, federal, and state laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate exceptional professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork.

Salary and Benefits

Our competitive hourly rate is $17.45-$21.00, plus selling incentives (SPIFFS) and a monthly store sales bonus opportunity.
