Job Description

The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for supporting Workday and/or SAP processes that include employee record management, updating the databases, reporting, quality measurements, and monitoring upstream/downstream integrations. In this role, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solid knowledge and expertise of HR systems - Workday and/or SAP is a must
  • Manage and support key HR processes in Workday/SAP system (employee lifecycle processes, HR reporting, process accuracy, data quality, documentation management)
  • Support the implementation of HR strategies and programs to drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Estimated Salary: $32,500 - $39,000 per year
