Job Summary: ServiceMaster by Tekton is seeking a highly experienced Disaster Reconstruction Manager to lead our repair department project management team. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects that involve the reconstruction of properties after damage from disasters. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that these projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. To achieve this goal, you will work closely with our project team, subcontractors, and vendors. Additionally, you will manage financial aspects of contracts, evaluate construction progress and team performance, identify potential legal issues, and oversee project close-out. If you have a strong background in the insurance restoration industry as a Project Manager/Estimator, with Xactimate experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel out-of-town when required, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
