We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of kidney care services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This position will support our facility in Princeton & Hamilton Hospital Services, providing care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. No dialysis experience is required, and training may take place in a facility or a training facility other than your assigned home facility.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up.
  • Work with your head, heart, and hands each day in a fast-paced environment, delivering dialysis to patients at a contracted healthcare system and becoming an integral part of both the hospital and DaVita team.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment color blind test; accommodation may be provided.
