Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver and Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver and Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support and care to individuals with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support individuals in achieving their developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in community activities and social events.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
Requirements
  • No high school diploma required.
  • No experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts.
