Key Responsibilities- Provide primary and family care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Conduct routine examinations, perform diagnostic tests, and provide health counseling to patients.
- Manage patient appointments, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Ability to speak and write in additional languages, such as Spanish, depending on the market.
- Epic experience.
- Prior student precepting rotation with MinuteClinic.
