Folience is seeking an experienced Assembly Specialist to join our team as a Finish Technician - Assembler. This role involves building rear bumper assemblies, finalizing air ride system setups, and installing door sills, latches, cables, door pins, sway bars, mirrors, and weather stripping for doors.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude with experience using power and air tools, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience with mechanical tools, saws, and Folience products is a plus.

As a Finish Technician - Assembler, you will play a vital role in the final assembly and exterior finish of our high-quality emergency vehicles. Reporting directly to the Supervisor of the Exterior Finish department, your responsibilities will include pre-fitting and drilling bare metal units, cutting, fitting, and finishing stainless steel trim, measuring, aligning, and attaching components such as latches, cables, door pins, and sway bars.

This role requires close collaboration with team members to maintain the production schedule while delivering exceptional quality. You'll also be responsible for identifying and resolving assembly issues, making decisions, and suggesting process improvements.

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
