A Competitive Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Selected candidates will be offered a competitive compensation package based on their skills and background.

Job Description

  • Provide Quality Care: As a Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Build Meaningful Relationships: You will build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and other team members, fostering a supportive and inclusive community.
  • Participate in Development Plans: You will participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Ensure Community Compliance: You will partner with our community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and Risk Management programs, promoting a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Dedication to Serving Seniors: A passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills is essential.
  • Positive Attitude and Flexibility: A positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment are crucial for success.
  • Education and Certifications: A High School diploma/GED is required, and some certifications may be necessary, depending on state regulations.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working with seniors is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential for making choices that benefit our residents.
