We are seeking a skilled Per Diem Nurse to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care, prioritizing and delegating tasks as needed
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless care transitions and improve patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
- Current RN licensure in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced certifications in PACU or critical care preferred
