Family Service League is a leading social services agency dedicated to improving the lives of individuals, children, and families in Long Island. We are seeking a part-time Social Worker to join our team in Commack, supporting our Caregivers Support program.

The successful candidate will conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment planning, providing individual counseling and support group facilitation. They will also coordinate educational programs for caregivers, offer information and referrals related to healthcare, Medicare benefits, and nutrition programs, and document client contacts in our electronic health record.

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate professional with a Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience working with seniors and their families is required, as well as excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health records are also essential. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
