Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technical resources to prepare technical approaches and execute migration for large Active Directory Forest consolidation projects.
  • Design and implement scalable and secure Active Directory solutions that meet the needs of large enterprises.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other IT systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base to support the team and organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Active Directory and related areas.
  • Provide expert-level guidance to junior team members and other stakeholders on Active Directory design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of technical standards, policies, and procedures for Active Directory management.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in designing, migrating, and consolidating Active Directory architecture in large complex enterprise environments.
  • Industry certification such as Microsoft and/or Cybersecurity certification.
  • Excellent knowledge of AD security, security principals, and standards, GPOs, AD trusts, and Privileged Access.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders.
  • Post-secondary degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related IT field.
