Be the Heart of Our Cafe

We're looking for a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our cafe, you'll be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake a variety of breads and pastries to meet customer demand
  • Maintain high standards of quality and flavor using 100% real ingredients
  • Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
  • Help build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
  • Support your manager and team members
Requirements:
  • Love baking and have a passion for creating delicious treats
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Be a self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Have a strong commitment to food safety and health safety
  • Be at least 18 years old
