The Investment Grade Credit Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing the fixed income investment strategy by assisting the US Investment Grade Team's fundamental research initiatives. This position entails conducting comprehensive credit evaluations, including the assessment of ESG factors, for Investment Grade issuers with a forward-looking perspective.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the research process by performing detailed credit evaluations of Investment Grade issuers within designated sectors.
- Generate written credit research reports that include fundamental ratings and investment recommendations for Investment Grade issuers as required.
- Provide support to fellow analysts as necessary.
- Engage in additional tasks and projects as assigned.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management is mandatory.
- CFA designation, MBA, or equivalent credentials are preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in fundamental credit analysis and bond pricing mechanisms is desirable.
- Prior experience covering Utility and Industrial sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks and experience in ESG analysis is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Strong understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.
- Experience in constructing financial models.
- Comprehensive understanding of Fixed Income Markets.
