Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Complete work orders in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance
  • Perform make readies and maintain property grounds and common areas
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas
  • Provide a weekly parts and material list to support maintenance operations
  • Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, treating residents, staff, and vendors with professionalism
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • EPA HVAC certification preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Willing to work flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
