We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team at HCA Capital Division. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be accountable for essential clinical knowledge that positively affects patient outcomes within the scope of nursing practice.

Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating care, as well as displaying strong and accurate clinical judgment and expert-nursing skills. You will also provide comfort and prevent suffering through presence and attentiveness, including pain assessment and reassessment.

In collaboration with your healthcare team, you will report critical information or changes in patient condition and document effectively, succinctly, and timely according to organizational policy.

Additionally, you will collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate care for an effective and current plan of care.

Requirements include obtaining Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Cardiac Life Support, and PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days of employment start date.
