Our interdisciplinary teams work together to help patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Your Role
In this rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives by developing treatment plans, conducting diagnostic tests, and providing education and support to patients and their families. You will work closely with our care teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and achieve optimal outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
- Conduct diagnostic tests and assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on effective communication strategies and techniques
- Collaborate with our care teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress

Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current certification as a speech-language pathologist (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a speech therapist/speech language pathologist
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
