Job Summary:

  • Work under the supervision of the Chief Quality Officer to review and analyze patient data related to medical conditions, complications, readmissions, mortality, and other core measures
  • Analyze and evaluate clinical practice to identify opportunities for performance improvement
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and reducing hospital-acquired conditions

Requirements:

  • RN from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in acute care hospital nursing or healthcare quality/performance improvement
  • Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to evaluate appropriateness of clinical practice
  • Current National and/or Florida license or certification as RN

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience.
