Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapist

Waterfall Technology Consulting Partners LLC (WTCP) is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Travel Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals to help them participate in daily activities and improve their overall well-being.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to work with our clients in San Ramon, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients' physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental factors that may affect their ability to perform daily activities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address specific challenges and goals.
  • Work directly with clients to implement treatment plans, which may include therapeutic exercises, activities, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications.
  • Educate clients and their families about their condition, treatment strategies, and ways to manage daily activities more effectively.
  • Recommend and teach the use of adaptive techniques and assistive devices to help individuals overcome challenges and perform tasks independently.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Work with individuals experiencing mental health challenges to develop coping strategies, improve social skills, and enhance overall mental well-being.
  • Assess and modify work environments to promote safety and productivity for employees.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Occupational Therapy Certification in the state of practice.
  • 1 year recent Occupational Therapy experience in a rehab setting.
  • BLS Certification.
