About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of food preparation and service staff, ensuring a safe and productive working environment, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and quality food production.
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
  • Monitor and control kitchen expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to continuously improve kitchen operations and service delivery.
