Job Title: PT Supervisor

As a PT Supervisor at The LEGO Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of Brick Specialists in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Your primary goal will be to maintain a well-organized stockroom, ensure merchandise presentation meets store guidelines, and achieve loss prevention targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Brick Specialists in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a well-organized stockroom and ensure merchandise presentation meets store guidelines
  • Achieve loss prevention targets and ensure money handling procedures are followed
  • Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling
  • Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, dealing with potential issues appropriately and in line with LEGO policies and procedures
