Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team, who can create a variety of baked goods and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in a bakery environment, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a wide range of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes.
  • Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
