Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment, utilizing strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiovascular care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices and policies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, promoting a culture of transparency and respect.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- One year of medical-surgical/telemetry nursing experience preferred.
- Current FL RN license or compact licensure, with active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire.
- BLS certification, with ACLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
