About the Role:This is a full-time position with rotating shifts, including 6 weeks of days and 6 weeks of nights. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of NICU experience, with a preference for prior experience in Level III or IV NICUs.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care to high-risk infants in our 108-bed, Level IV NICU
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest NICU best practices
- Contribute to a culture of excellence and patient safety in our NICU
