We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente in Crockett, California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform physical therapy treatments under the direct supervision of licensed clinical staff
  • Obtain pertinent past history and present illness information from patients
  • Interpret evaluation findings to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction
  • Identify patient strengths and problems, precautions/contraindications to physical therapy treatment
  • Regularly communicate patient status through intermittent assessment of patient, recommendations for treatment program activities, and home exercise programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
  • Licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of California
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $ 90,000 - 120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
