We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at Buffalo Wild Wings. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily cleaning and maintenance of our sports bar and facilities
  • Ensure that all areas are clean and tidy, including restrooms, dining areas, and kitchen spaces
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet our high standards
  • Collaborate with our management team to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
