Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and orthopedics, as well as experience in Skilled Nursing settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility and function
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and orthopedics
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing setting
  • Excellent patient care skills with a focus on individualized treatment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
