We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Masonicare Home Health & Hospice team in the East Lyme, CT area. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes or institutions. About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work under the direction of registered nurses or clinical managers, providing skilled nursing care to adult, geriatric, pediatric, and neonatal clients. Your responsibilities will include coordination of care, performing procedures and treatments, communicating client care issues, and assisting clients in meeting socialization needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and documentation systems
  • Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in the State of Connecticut
