Job Description

As a Direct Care Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with diverse needs. Your mission will be to:

  • Be a source of joy, energy, and positivity for the individuals you support
  • Assist with personal care tasks to ensure comfort and confidence
  • Plan and organize engaging activities tailored to individual interests and abilities
  • Support individuals in developing essential life skills while keeping things exciting and interactive
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of like-minded individuals

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a direct care role is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills with a touch of humor and wit
