About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned Heavy Civil Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex heavy civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project construction plans, addressing constructability challenges and ensuring timely completion.
  • Manage project progress through schedule updates, cost tracking, and change order management.
  • Support the project team with administrative tasks, including submittals, RFIs, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a strong background in project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Experience with heavy civil projects, including earthwork, underground utilities, and structural concrete.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and Trimble GPS systems, as well as experience with HCSS HeavyJob and HeavySafety.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in the United States.
