About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our NICU team at Providence Portland Medical Center. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to newborns and their families in the NICU setting.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless communication among healthcare providers.
  • Participate in educational programs and workshops to enhance professional development and stay current with industry advancements.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
  2. Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  3. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  4. National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
  5. 1 year of experience in neonatal nursing or related field.

The estimated salary range for this position is $49.77 - $73.13 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
