Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bistro Server to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott at Exit 407 in Sevierville/Kodak, TN.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and serving all guests in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Develop a proficient knowledge of hotel food and cocktail menus to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Build strong relationships with guests to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist guests with ordering and serving food and beverages.
  • Learn and execute all food, alcohol, and safety policies and laws.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested.
Requirements
  • Previous guest service experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to walk and stand for up to 100% of shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
