Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist sales associates on the sales floor as needed to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and inviting store environment.
  • Support the operations team with tasks such as wrapping client packages, cleaning jewelry, and restocking store supplies.
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking office supplies, packaging materials, and stationery.
  • Identify and report any issues or concerns to the operations team in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an operational role in a customer service environment, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
