We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Neogen Care in Ontario, CA. As a vital member of our home health services, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients in need.

About the Position

This part-time opportunity offers a competitive per-visit pay rate and a chance to work with a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech-language Pathology, an active California Speech & Language Pathologist license, and a minimum of 6 months of experience in Speech and Language Pathology.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Create personalized treatment plans for diverse patient populations
  • Conduct screenings to detect voice or speech disorders
  • Educate patients and family members about speech disorders and causes
  • Maintain accurate records of patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and families
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-language Pathology
  • Active California Speech & Language Pathologist license
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Speech and Language Pathology
  • Excellent coaching and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and patient databases
