Job Summary:

This is a 13-week travel nursing job opportunity in Labor and Delivery at a top-performing hospital in Waycross, Georgia. As a Traveling Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
