We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Engineer III to join our Land Development group in Prince George, VA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in land development, residential neighborhood design, and commercial/mixed-use development. A bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required, with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in the field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing portions of projects using relevant software, completing calculations, and preparing specifications. They will also work on completing design details and plan sets, performing research, and writing reports. Additionally, they will assist in preparing engineering and construction cost estimates and communicate with clients and internal teams.
