Position Overview:
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. They are the backbone of effective nursing services, paving the way for future Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs).

Current Opportunities:
We have openings for CNAs on both Day and Night Shifts in Miamisburg, OH.

Compensation:
$17.00 to $21.50 per hour, depending on licensure and experience, with additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Aiding residents with mobility, including positioning and turning.
- Transporting residents as needed.
- Responding promptly to resident calls.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions.
- Documenting care in electronic medical records.
- Participating in mandatory training and educational sessions.
- Supporting residents during meal times.

Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing.
- Strong documentation skills; experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is advantageous.
- Proven work history with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for caring for the elderly.
- Patience, empathy, and compassion for those in need of care.
