- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with medical staff regarding treatment objectives and discharge protocols.
- Scheduling: Manage patient referrals by adding new patients to the schedule promptly.
- Meetings Participation: Attend departmental and interdepartmental meetings and training sessions as required.
- Quality Improvement: Engage in discussions with management to enhance patient care and service delivery.
- Infection Control: Adhere to established infection control procedures consistently.
- Teamwork: Foster positive relationships with colleagues across various departments.
- Professional Development: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and pursue ongoing education to enhance skills.
- Program Development: Assist in the creation of new therapeutic programs as directed by leadership.
- Ethical Practice: Uphold the highest ethical standards in all professional interactions.
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages in diverse clinical settings, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and orthopedics.
- Risk Management: Contribute to the hospital's risk safety management efforts.
- Patient Rights: Observe and respect patient rights, ensuring effective education and information management.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Physical Therapy license.
- CPR certification required.
