Role Summary:

This role requires an experienced Senior System Engineer with expertise in various technologies including Microsoft Azure / Intune, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Windows (server and desktop), networking, SonicWALL firewalls, and virtualization. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider and possess strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for networking infrastructure, servers, firewalls, backup systems, and cloud services
• Oversight and ownership of service team escalations
• Collaboration with clients to recommend the best technology solutions for their infrastructure
• Project work and consultation on IT infrastructure projects

Requirements:

• Expertise in Microsoft Azure / Intune configuration and administration
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange
• Strong background in Microsoft Windows (server and desktop)
• Networking skills including routers, managed switches, VLANs, WLANs, NAT, etc.
• Experience with SonicWALL firewalls
• Knowledge of Virtualization (Citrix/Microsoft/VMWare) configuration and administration
• Advanced understanding of Veeam Backup and Replication
• 2+ years experience working for a Managed Service Provider
