RideNow Powersports is in search of a dependable and enthusiastic Lot Operations Specialist.

In this role, you will oversee the organization and upkeep of our vehicle lot, while also providing transportation support.


Key Responsibilities:
• Organizing motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles in the lot.
• Ensuring all vehicles are presented in excellent condition.
• Assisting with the tagging of sold units.
• Performing basic maintenance tasks, including washing and cleaning vehicles.


Additionally, you may be tasked with transportation duties, such as delivering units to customers and picking up parts or equipment from external locations.


Qualifications:
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Capability to operate various vehicle types, including trucks and small trailers.
• Previous experience as a lot attendant or in a similar capacity is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic maintenance skills.
• Willingness to work weekends if necessary.
