Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at Salt Wood Kitchen and Oysterette. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and escort guests to their tables in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables and ensuring proper table settings.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the server team to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and special requests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
