Key ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of our Grounds Maintenance Specialists include, but are not limited to:
- Removing outdated plants and replacing them with fresh varieties.
- Clearing leaves and debris from communal areas and designated sites.
- Weeding, mowing, trimming, and managing landscape cleanliness.
- Implementing pest control measures as necessary.
- Safeguarding lost items by reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
- Providing assistance to guests by offering directions and answering inquiries.
- Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collecting and disposing of waste materials responsibly.
