Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Guide new customers through the rental process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Maintain the store's facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and changing light bulbs.
  • Work independently on daily tasks and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  • May be required to run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of customer-facing employment experience.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Current, valid driver's license with access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC).
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
