Job Title: Radiology Technician

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing. As a Radiology Technician, you will play a crucial role in obtaining diagnostic images that help doctors make informed decisions about patient care.

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Radiology Technician is to produce high-quality diagnostic images of patients using various imaging modalities. You will work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic imaging exams, including positioning and instructing them on how to hold still.
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and CT scanners, to produce high-quality images.
  • Assure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines related to patient care and imaging procedures.
  • Deliver quality patient care in a professional manner, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
  • Work effectively to maintain a safe and efficient work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
  • Two years of X-Ray Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
