Job Description

We are seeking an experienced System Control Technician to join our team in Irvine, CA. As a key member of our production equipment maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment, as well as performing basic machining, pipefitting, and millwright tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and components, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, web handling systems, and other industrial equipment.
  • Perform basic machining, pipefitting, and millwright tasks, welding, and fabrication tasks, as well as preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and electronic equipment and components, maintain/troubleshoot power and distribution systems.
  • Operate personal computers to maintain/troubleshoot power and distribution systems, load/remove programs, and create/modifies spreadsheets, databases for historical trending, and word processing.
Requirements
  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (complete prior to start).
  • Five (5) years of mechanical/electrical equipment maintenance experience, with emphasis on Process Instrumentation and Control Systems.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Ability to work either a first, second, or third shift (depending on shift availability).
