Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing and Social Media Technician to join our team at the City Of Mccomb. This role will be responsible for managing all purchasing activities and planning and executing social media network efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and complex clerical and technical work in purchasing goods and services.
  • Work with various departments to plan and manage social media network efforts.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with our audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize our online presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university, with major course work in business or public administration.
  • Two (2) years of experience in accounting or purchasing, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
