Hospice Chaplain

As a PRN Hospice Chaplain, you will play a vital role in providing spiritual support and assessment to patients and families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing the spiritual needs of patients and developing personalized plans to address their concerns
• Providing emotional and spiritual support to patients and their loved ones
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An ordained minister or chaplain in good standing within your denomination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity and motivational abilities to engage patients and families
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
