As a Respiratory Therapist with Fusion Medical Staffing-Cardio, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact on patients' lives. Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
  • Assess patients' respiratory status and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
